Appreciating RE supervises the renovation for all the properties it owns and manages. We work with construction companies to perform the interior and exterior renovations both small and large. When properties go vacant or need turnover, we contact several contractors to obtain multiple bids to get the best price possible and keep our contractors competitive. We will hire the contractors and communicate the expectations to ensure we stay on track and within budget. During the rehab, we continue to inspect the property to make sure all items are completed in a satisfactory manner. To ensure a smooth renovation, we get lien waivers and manage the payment disbursements. If needed we will also work with the title or escrow companies to manage the payments and phases through the construction.
